  • View the minutes from the annual Countryside Estates First Addition HOA meeting that is taking place Nov. 8, 2025 at 11:00am at the Countryside Estates First Addition Rec. Field. (accessible via the dead end off NE 33rd)
  • The HOA is officially revitalized! Board members previously distributed the necessary paperwork to all homeowners (approximately Mar. 25 – Apr. 15)
  • View the minutes from the HOA Meeting on May 3, 2025 at 10:30am at the Marion County Public Library Headquarters (Silver Springs Blvd. location). If you were not able to attend you could have turned in your signed votes or proxy slips so your opinion could be heard.

  • Communication Initiative: In an effort to facilitate more efficient and effective communication between the HOA Board and Community Members we are asking residents to fill out the contact info survey found HERE if they have not already done so.
  • The Countryside Estates 1st Addition sign underwent a much-needed update that now includes fresh landscaping as well!
  • A new streetlight has been installed on the cul-de-sac in direct response to resident requests.
